Construyo agentes AI y los opero en flota: automatizaciones, aplicaciones nativas de macOS e iOS, research. El centro de mando desde el que los dirijo también lo construyó la flota.
Diseño y opero flotas de agentes AI. Construyo el agente que cada problema necesita, le doy el contexto y las reglas con las que trabaja, y sostengo decenas de sesiones de Claude y Codex a la vez, con un pico medido de 32 agentes en paralelo sobre el mismo árbol de código.
Vengo del desarrollo de negocios y el terreno que cubro incluye ventas y producto además de software. Entro por el problema de negocio, defino qué hay que construir y pongo la flota a construirlo.
La prueba más corta es esta misma página. Lo construyó mi flota bajo mi dirección, y al final del recorrido imprime un recibo con las cifras reales del repositorio y su fecha de corte. Es auditable.
La capacidad
Sistemas de agentes AI
Cada agente se construye. Defino qué debe hacer, qué archivos puede tocar, con qué información trabaja y cómo se verifica que terminó. De ahí salen agentes de automatización, agentes que construyen aplicaciones nativas de macOS, agentes de iOS y agentes de research: el oficio es el mismo y cambia el problema al que se apunta.
Operar decenas a la vez pide un sistema de control, y ese sistema lo diseñé yo. Cada agente reclama sus archivos antes de escribir, así que dos nunca tocan el mismo. Nada se da por terminado hasta que una verificación lo confirma. Y mientras la flota corre, el trabajo vivo, el atascado y el que espera una decisión mía se distinguen a simple vista.
El centro de mando donde ese sistema vive también lo construí: se llama Colmena y es la que sostiene el pico de 32 agentes en paralelo.

Cada sesión de Claude o de Codex vive en un panel embebido, y la orquestación se vuelve interfaz: tarjetas de cierre que resumen qué hizo cada agente, semáforos que separan el trabajo vivo del atascado, tableros de qué archivos están tomados y por quién. Una persona supervisa la flota entera y corrige en vuelo. La construyeron los agentes, incluida la que los dirige, sin que yo escribiera una línea de código.

App iOS para desarrolladores residenciales premium en México
El prospecto explora la torre en 3D, recorre fachadas, plantas y departamentos disponibles, y aparta el suyo desde el teléfono. Después de la compra la misma app lo acompaña todo el ciclo: avance de obra, entrega, garantías y la vida diaria del residente. Es white label: cada desarrollador la recibe con su marca y sus desarrollos.

El alquiler convertido en servicio
Desde el móvil, el propietario delega el cobro, el mantenimiento y el contrato, y solo supervisa. El inquilino solo ve pisos que puede pagar y no paga ni un euro de comisión. Todo el ciclo ocurre dentro de la app, y el cobro va protegido y directo al propietario; la plataforma nunca toca el dinero.

I design and operate fleets of AI agents. I build the agent each problem needs, give it the context and the rules it works under, and hold dozens of Claude and Codex sessions at once, with a measured peak of 32 agents in parallel on the same code tree.
I come from business development, and the ground I cover includes sales and product as well as software. I start at the business problem, define what has to be built, and put the fleet to work building it.
The shortest proof is this page itself. My fleet built it under my direction, and at the end of the tour it prints a receipt with the real figures from the repository and its cut-off date. It can be audited.
The capability
AI agent systems
Every agent gets built. I define what it has to do, which files it may touch, what information it works from, and how it proves that it finished. Out of that come automation agents, agents that build native macOS applications, iOS agents and research agents: the craft is the same, and what changes is the problem it is pointed at.
Running dozens at once takes a control system, and I designed that system. Every agent claims its files before it writes, so two never touch the same one. Nothing counts as finished until a verification confirms it. And while the fleet runs, live work, stuck work and work waiting on a decision of mine are told apart at a glance.
I built the command center that system lives in as well: it is called Colmena, and it is what holds the peak of 32 agents in parallel.

Colmena
A command center for fleets of AI agents · native macOS
Each Claude or Codex session lives in an embedded panel, and orchestration becomes an interface: closing cards that sum up what every agent did, status lights that tell live work from stuck work, boards showing which files are taken and by whom. One person supervises the entire fleet and corrects work in flight. The agents built it, including the one that directs them, without my writing a line of code.

Casaporte
An iOS app for premium residential developers in Mexico
The prospect explores the tower in 3D, moves along façades, floor plans and available units, and reserves theirs from their phone. After the purchase the same app stays with them for the whole cycle: construction progress, handover, warranties and the resident’s daily life. It is white label: each developer receives it under their own brand, with their own developments.

Renting turned into a service
The landlord hands off rent collection, maintenance and the contract from their phone, and simply supervises. The tenant only sees flats they can afford, and pays no fee at all. The whole cycle happens inside the app, and payment is protected and goes straight to the landlord; the platform never touches the money.
